How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship out within 48 hours from date of order. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order from date of order placement.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We currently ship from France to most European countries, and the UK. Please contact us directly for more information.

What is your return policy? 

If there are any issues with your order or its delivery, please notify customer care within 2 days of receipt by e-mail (care@withplume.com).

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details.

CANCELLING ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer care immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.

RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS

Due to the energetic and small batch nature of Plume, all purchases are final. We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that each precious Plume bottle has been individually created and packed with care. We highly encourage you to ask our team questions about the products before you purchase to ensure best fit. We offer free consultations for this purpose.

Refunds are restricted. Our customer care team is happy to help find a specialized solution for your circumstance. Every product is made in small batches for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. In the rare case of a reaction, please contact a customer care representative for dilution tips and creative alternatives for product use.
